Standard Shipping

Costs:

• Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €49.99.

• Free shipping to Belgium for orders over €99.99.

• For all other regions, shipping costs and delivery times are shown during checkout.

Delivery Time:

• Netherlands and Belgium: delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

• Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday.

• For other regions, delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped, allowing you to easily follow your package.

General Information

• Orders placed on business days before 4:00 p.m. are processed the same day.

• Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday.

• Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances at the 

Return to Sender – Cost Policy

If a package is returned to us because:

• it was not picked up from a pickup point,

• the delivery address was entered incorrectly or incompletely, or

• delivery was refused,

the associated return costs and any costs for reshipping will be charged to the customer.

This policy applies only when the cause lies outside our responsibility.
