Shipping Costs

Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

Order a hotpot? Shipping is free to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

This applies to all orders that include at least one hotpot, whether you choose a standalone hotpot, a Starter Set or a Hotpot Experience Box.

For orders without a hotpot, a fixed shipping contribution of €4.95 applies.

Other countries

For orders shipped to other countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. The shipping cost depends on the destination country and the size of your order.

Delivery Time

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.

The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

Other countries: the estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday.

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Orders placed on business days before 16:00 are generally processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 16:00, during weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. You can use this code to easily track the status of your package.

Failed Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.

If a package is returned to us because:

  • it was not collected from a collection point;

  • an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided;

  • delivery was refused by the recipient,

the return shipping costs incurred and any costs for a new shipment will be charged to the customer.

This policy only applies when the cause is outside the responsibility of De Hotpotshop.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Have you received a damaged package, or does your order appear to have been lost during transit? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@dehotpotshop.nl. We will be happy to help you find an appropriate solution.
