Have you enjoyed a De Hotpotshop hotpot at home? Share your hotpot moment and get the chance to win the full purchase amount of your order back every month.
How to Enter
1. Take a Photo or Video 📸
Capture your hotpot moment. For example, take a photo of your hotpot table, a short video of the steaming pot, or a fun video of your evening together.
You don't need to make a professional video. We especially love seeing real and spontaneous hotpot moments.
2. Share Your Hotpot Moment
Post your photo or video on your own:

3. Tag @dehotpotshop
Tag @dehotpotshop in your post or video so we can see your entry.
You can also tell us what you thought of your hotpot evening. This isn't required, but we'd love to see it!
4. That's It! 🎁
Every month, we select one winner from all valid entries. The winner receives the full purchase amount of their order back.
No Social Media? No Problem.
Do you have a private profile or prefer not to use Instagram or TikTok? You can still enter.
Simply reply to the email you received from us with your photo or video. If possible, include your order number so we can link your entry to your order.
Email entries are also included in the monthly draw.

The draw takes place once a month among all valid entries received during that period.

When Can You Win?
Every valid entry is included in the monthly draw.
You don't need to create the most beautiful photo or the most popular video. Every valid entry has a chance to win.
Have several different hotpot moments to share? You can enter more than once, as long as each entry meets the participation requirements.
How Will the Winner Be Notified?
The winner will be contacted through the channel used to submit the entry:
- via Instagram or TikTok if you entered there;
- or by email if you submitted your photo or video by email.
The winner will then receive instructions on how the purchase amount will be refunded.

Formal Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by De Hotpotshop.
2. Entry Period
The giveaway runs on a monthly basis. Each monthly entry period runs from the first through the last calendar day of the month.
The giveaway currently has no fixed end date and will continue until further notice. De Hotpotshop reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway. Any changes will be communicated in advance via the website and/or social media channels.
3. Who Can Participate?
Any customer who has placed an order with De Hotpotshop may participate, provided that the participation requirements are met.
Participation is not dependent on the number of orders placed.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway:
- Take a photo or video of your hotpot moment.
- Post it on Instagram (Story, Feed or Reel) or TikTok.
- Tag @dehotpotshop in the relevant post or video.
You can also enter by email if you do not use social media or have a private profile. In that case, send your photo or video as a reply to the giveaway email from De Hotpotshop.
The entry must be received or posted no later than the last day of the relevant calendar month to be included in that month's draw.
5. The Prize
Each month, one winner will be selected.
The winner will receive the full purchase amount of one eligible order back.
The full purchase amount means the amount the winner actually paid for that order, including VAT and any shipping costs, after any discounts have been applied.
The purchase amount will not be increased by any additional costs or benefits that were not actually part of the original payment.
6. Winner Selection
After the end of each calendar month, one winner will be selected from all valid entries received during that month.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted personally via the social media channel or email address used to submit the entry.
7. Announcement of the Winner
With the winner's permission, De Hotpotshop may announce the winner through its own social media channels, for example in an Instagram Story, post or other social media publication.
The winner may choose not to have their name or username mentioned publicly.
8. Multiple Entries
Participants may submit multiple different hotpot moments. Each entry must independently meet the participation requirements.
A participant may win a maximum of once per calendar month.
9. Content and Permission
By entering the giveaway, the participant gives De Hotpotshop permission to use the submitted photo or video for marketing purposes, including publication on the website, social media, advertisements and other marketing communications.
The participant confirms that they created the photo or video themselves or have sufficient rights to share the material with De Hotpotshop.
If other people are recognizable in the submitted photo or video, the participant is responsible for obtaining the necessary permission from those individuals.
10. Exclusions
De Hotpotshop may exclude entries that do not meet the participation requirements, are not related to a hotpot moment, infringe the rights of third parties, or are otherwise inappropriate or unsuitable for publication.
11. Privacy
Personal data provided in connection with the giveaway will only be used to administer the giveaway and communicate with participants and winners, unless the participant has separately given consent for other uses.
12. Changes or Termination
De Hotpotshop reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway or these terms and conditions if there is a reason to do so. Any changes will be communicated via the website and/or social media channels.
